What to Expect

You don't need to struggle through difficult situations alone. There are many ways I can support you in really turning things around.

My approach is kind, warm and goal-oriented. I'm happy to collaborate with you to find effective approaches for addressing your challenges.

As I'm a therapist, a psychologist, and a coach, there are a number of ways we can work together. I'll tell you about the similarities and differences between therapy and coaching so that you can choose which of these, or what blend of them, would be best for you.

However we proceed, I'll probably want to support you in developing a clearer, more compassionate understanding of yourself, your challenges, and your relationships.

  • I've found this type of insight can be very helpful for changing old, limiting patterns and creating more happiness.

Typically, I also teach my clients new skills and provide powerful tools that I've found can make a real difference in their lives.

And, I often provide optional homework that supports change. The homework may be about you gaining some new understandings or developing new capacities. I've observed that homework frequently enables greater change more quickly.
